As part of its compliance with the new machine stake limits, William Hill has commissioned us to produce a PR programme to show the positive influence that betting shops have on local communities, the loyalty of regular punters and the professionalism and ethical responsibility of shop staff. Aimed at regulators and the public at large, the programme features a number of customers and staff members describing the enjoyment that people derive from their pastime and the benefits of a regulated, friendly and safe betting environment.
